Event planner logo design: how Themed strung a party across its own name
An event studio whose every booking is a different world needed one mark simple enough to sit beside all of them.

Event planners have a branding problem nobody else has. Their product is different every weekend. An under-the-sea fifth birthday on Saturday, a first-birthday celebration on Sunday, a seventieth styled like an old film on Monday. Each event needs its own world, and yet the business behind them needs one identity that clients remember, recommend and come back to.
Themed by Sneha Chopra is an event styling and design studio and wedding planner, with a sister company, Propfactory by Themed, and Weddings by Themed. We designed its logo. Here is how we approached it, and what any event or wedding business can take from it.
Let the name hold the party up
The name already told the whole story: every event is themed. So instead of adding a balloon or a party hat, we let the word itself become the decoration. The name is written in a flowing brush script, and a garland of twelve flags is strung between two of its letters. The tall strokes of the h and the d become the poles; the bunting hangs between them.
The strongest event logos don't show a party. They show that the party has been put up.
One sign every celebration shares
Bunting works because no single theme owns it. It appears at a child's birthday, a first milestone, a house party and a wedding function alike. That made it the right symbol for a studio that has to look at home beside unicorns, temple-style brass or a red velvet evening. The flags carry four colours, orange, red, purple and teal, repeated three times, each with its own stripes or dots like printed paper.
A logo for an event studio should look like the invitation, not the decor.
Brand the business, not this weekend’s theme.
Simple enough to sit beside anything
The name stays black. All the colour lives in the flags and a little confetti. That restraint matters more for event planners than for most businesses, because the brand appears next to the work constantly: on Instagram, on mood boards, on proposals. A busy logo competes with every theme. A simple one frames them. And because the garland, the confetti and the script are separate parts, the mark can move: written by hand, strung up, flags dropping one by one.
Handwritten, because events are personal
The brush script reads like a name on a handwritten invitation, warm rather than corporate. Beneath it, the founder's name is set small in widely spaced capitals, like a signature. For a studio whose clients are trusting someone with their child's first birthday or their parents' seventieth, that personal promise is part of what is being sold.
What event and wedding businesses can take from this
Brand the business, not this weekend's theme. Your themes change; your mark shouldn't.
Find the one sign your whole category shares. For celebrations, bunting does more than any single prop.
Keep colour where it means something. A black name with colourful details survives every palette you will ever design.
Make it personal. In events and weddings, the person behind the brand is the reason people book.
